JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact the customer of the booking company, shipment information
- Booking and reservation (booking space) shipping lines for shipments.
- Working with foreign agents on prices, booking for imported goods.
- Prepare import / export documents.
- Sending shipment information to related parties.
- Regularly update information for customers / resellers about ongoing shipments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to the goods.
- Exchange, negotiate terms of contract, price, delivery time, draft contract in accordance with content agreement with customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University or college degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration.
- English for work, using computer proficiency
- Diligent, careful, good communication, able to persuade negotiation in English.
- Ability to withstand high pressure in work
- Ability to work independently, teamwork in the work
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, required in both English and Vietnamese
- Having experience in working with foreign agents is an advantage
- Under 30 years old
- Gentle, friendly, open to everyone.
